[vexim] vexim not creating local delivery folders

Thank you for your response.
I tried as you suggested. I sent a mail through the telnet session at
port 25. Everything went well until I finished it, the last line said
451 Temporary local problem - please try later
the mainlog said
temporarily rejected after DATA
and so said the rejectlog.
I can manually create the folders -- and it will more likely work. But
I'd prefer this to be automated.
Anything else I should look into?
