[vexim] Problem after upgrade to version 2.x - Cannot remove forwards or remove accounts.

Hi Guys,

I updated my vexim install from 1.x to 2.x, following the instruction 
and running the create_db script to update the tables etc.. the upgrade 
went well other than
now i cant seem to remove accounts and aliases from the database.

If i delete an account from the web interface or an alias it says it 
completes the operation but the mail forwards and accounts are still 
active.. i have no idea where to start looking to figure out why it's not
removing the data from the DB, the db account has full privs, and when i 
use exim in debug mode i can see the lookups successively finding the 
data i removed from the web interface..

I'm running vexim 2.2.1_1, exim-mysql 4.69, php 4.48

Any help would be great!
